Financial Aid

APYSL believes all players should have the opportunity to play a sport they love at a level equal to their ability.  We offer financial aid and payments plans, plus we have a number of scholarship opportunities for players who are interested in competitive soccer, but cannot afford the competitive fees.

The Kelsey Kittleson Memorial scholarship is offered every November/December. It awards the cost of one winter competitive soccer registration to a U10 or U12 player who exemplifies the characteristics Kelsey embodied both on and off the soccer field.  Interested applicants must complete several short answer questions.  All applications are reviewed by a committee, and the scholarship is typically awarded as a reimbursement to the family’s account.

The Jim O'Brien Scholarship is a scholarship awarded to one competitive player for winter session (Nov-Apr) and covers APYSL fees only. Eligibility criteria is financial need as determined by families approaching the league and/or coaches/administrators made aware of the need. If more than one candidate is presented, multiple scholarships or partial scholarships may be awarded.

If your family needs financial support to participate, please complete the form here and someone from the club will get back to you.
